When you plan to combine visiting Rome with relaxing, private villa holiday this is the place to go. Comfortable air-conditioned, 2-bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. I also really enjoyed pretty large, for private venue, swimming pool and nicely arranged, manicured garden. As far as location is concerned, we really enjoyed very good, reasonably priced restaurants that are attended mainly by local residents instead of international tourists. Nice change for downtown Rome that is well-known for crowded, overpriced tourist traps. Within 15 minutes' drive you can reach nice beaches in Ostia are and in 30 minutes Rome city center, but of course you need a car.

The apartment is very cosy, the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The dining room is spacious, the table is also great. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Location is very good as connectivity to Rome and lungomare.

Hostess Katrina was very accommodating. Answered all our texts in seconds. Was more than helpful with all and any questions. Apartment was spotless and so comfortable. Quiet location. Would be great for family or just friends. She greeted us upon arrival and on departure. She made us feel like family.

Location is great because we were half way between Rome and the see. We could reach either of them easily. Beautiful garden and pool, nice hosts. The house is very clean and equipped with all the equipments - TV in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher etc. - we needed.

The swimming pool was excellent - a reasonable size for play relaxation and actual swimming. The property is spacious and scrupulously clean. It is also very secure behind an automatic gate. Parking is available inside or outside on the street. It is in a nice residential area with reasonable public transport links with places such as Ostia ( Antica and new) and central Rome using a bus and train. There are supermarkets and small shops restaurants cafes and bar nearby usually within walking distance. We though had a car which facilitated getting to shops and train stations. Karine the owner is very nice and helpful. She provided a travel cot for a baby in our party and a new remote control for the TV when the existing one had been lost by the previous guest.
