We enjoyed our stay here and can recommend it. The host Massimiliano is very nice, shared some useful recommendations with us. Special thanks for drying machine - it's very convenient. The location is close to railway station to Rome and to the beach. Good supermarket is just across the road.

“A peaceful retreat away from crowded Rome”

It's a very pleasant place. It's a comfortable flat with a large bedroom (with a comfortable bed :) ) and a well-equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your own meals. There are blinds in every window, so you can enjoy a pleasant coolness even on hot days. A well-equipped bathroom, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer are provided. On arrival, the owner of the flat was waiting for us and, in addition to handing over the keys, informed us of all the attractions in the area.

The apartment was recently renovated and equipped with everything someone might need to have a trouble free stay. I was very happy to see that for 11 nights the owner provided 3 sets of towels and linen, dispite the fact that the flat has a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen was not only fully equipped with cutlery and pots and pans but there were also these small things that you might need but you normally do not buy for a short stay (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, spices etc).

Brand new (renovated) unit in a group but on the lower floor which was great not to climb lots of stairs, modern had everything you needed to cook etc you could live there long term, the owner was soooo helpful met us at the property gave us a ride to the airport for a fee which was more than fair it was an early morning flight he gave suggestions for the local area

This is a self contained 1 Bedroom apartment! It is fantastic...it id close to everything you need including supermarket and the beach. Unfortunately, we needed to be close to the Grassi Hospital due to a family emergency. The apartment was just perfect in every way. Modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Massamilliano was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I sleep on the sofas bed (so comfy, I was very surprised) and my dad had the bedroom which was spacious and very comfortable. the kitchen and bathroom are very new and exceptional. Washing machine and dryer make this the perfect apartment.

Nice flat near to beach at Lido Ostia. Air condition worked well in hot days. Excellent equipment in kitchen and in bath, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is super nice, has everything what is needed even for a longer stay (like washing machine and dryer). It's close to train station and to the beach. Good location to visit Lido. The contact with the owner was also really good, he was very helpful sharing with us info about different locations in the city. I would recommend this place :)
