“Disappointing”
The owners don’t mention anywhere which looks like a “dream apartment” is actually SHARED with a lot of pepole. The night was ok till I’ve been woke up by two pepole and the owner coming inside the apartment at 10.30 am making a lot of noise. I was half naked so I was in choc and total panic!! I thought it was Burglars/thiefs! I don’t reckon cause there is a huge lack of honesty on the advert, and doesn’t worth 102 € to be disturbed by random pepole you are supposed to share everything with! (Bathroom, kitchen, lounge, entry)

Bad faciliti and he took me 12€ for tax, even i paid it on Booking , and dont have air conditioner while 35 degrees

“Too short, while Soggiorno Di Osta is not a pretty city I enjoyed it more that my 4 days in Rome.”
B&B was secure which was comforting as it’s not in the best part of the city, though at no time was I worried about safety.

“Hosting that makes extra charges and does not return the money”
I don't like the fact that they actually charged me the money for the "pre-authorization" without returning it back to my bank account. When I complained and requested them my refund, they were not polite and actually rude. I'm still waiting for my money... it has been 3 months and nothing....

There was a woman from first room who all the time scream and in 1 am we heave to leave our room because we was scared she made a scandal. We couldn’t sleep well.

“Nice.”
The apartment (of which several rooms are available for booking) is nice and clean. It is located close to the beach, but not very close to the city center. There are shared kitchen and bathroom. Owner is very friendly and nice.
