Only 100 metres from the beach, B&B Rifugio San Francesco is in Ostia centre, 10 minutes' drive from Fiumicino Airport. It offers rooms with a TV and ceiling fan, plus a shared kitchenette. Rooms at the B&B are simply decorated with tiled floors and wood panelled walls. Bathrooms are either shared or private. You can enjoy an Italian breakfast of coffee and a croissant at the café on the ground floor each morning. The shared kitchenette is available on request. Rifugio San Francesco is a 5-minute bus ride from Lido di Ostia Centro Train Station. Here you can catch a train to Rome city centre in just 30 minutes. Ostia Port is around 10 minutes away on foot.

Near the sea, free of pay beach, comfortable bed, cooling fan works, WiFi works perfect, hot water all the time, cold water is drinkeable, market and shops not far from, friendly owner. Sea port is near. Easy to reach to the airport.

The hist was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room had a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. There was a key to secure the door of the bedroom.

It is located far from Rome, but very close to Fiumicino airport, close to the beach and the port, beautiful in the evening, close to the bus stop that takes you to Lido Centro where there is a metro. It is a very quiet place, I think it will be very good in the summer. The apartment is old but clean.
