Good inexpensive apartments. The hostess is very friendly. Requests were satisfied quickly. Everything necessary for a vacation was in the room. Excellent location, close to the sea and transport, many shops and cafes nearby. Easy to get to Rome. For children there are parks and playgrounds nearby. We had a good vacation.

Annadia the host was very kind. She texted me occasionally to check everything was okay. We communicated with a little bit of italian, a little bit of English. She was good at using google translate to help us communicate. Room was very clean and very convenient to supermarket and train station. The room was also quiet (trains electric, and good soundproof glazing meant I could not hear the trains at night). Room has microwave, cutlery, jug, tea/cofee, shower, bathroom, good wifi, beach umbrella. Everything you need.

A accommodation that went above and beyond! The kindest owner who always was there to help and make sure everything was okay. The rooms were very generous in size and in top condition. You will have everything you need with a big bed, modern bathroom and small pantry with a microwave, mini fridge , cups/mugs, plates and cutlery. Close to the train station, the centre with lots of restaurants and bars and only a short walk down to the beach. But most of all the owner made the visit even more enjoyable. She was great!

Good condition and location.

The room was EXTREMELY clean and the owner super sweet and helpful. It is a really good place to stay if you looking for a quiet escape from the Rome City Center. The room had everything you need from hair dryer to cutlery and a small fridge. In the hallway there's also a washing machine, which comes quite handy if you're only traveling with small luggage.

Annadia Sweet Home is located very close to Ostia Lido Centro metro station and very close to the pedestrian area and the beach. The lady running the facility is very helpful, and supported us throughout. Room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit small but nevertheless comfortable.

Both the room and the location were superb. The room was clean and the beds comfy. The location is well connected with Rome and the airport and is in walking distance of the beach. The host was super friendly and even provided us in no time with tools to open our defect suitcase lock. Recommended!
