“We had great fun and much enjoyed our sea side holiday home !”

Wonderful holiday home. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean ! we enjoyed cooking, eating and relaxing here, it is hard to have to leave. Very nice area close to huge beach. We hired bikes from a local store, and cycled for many kilometres on the excellent bike paths. We cycled to Esselunga, to for food to cook in the fabulous kitchen. Serena was very friendly and helpful and replied to our questions (on line) immediately! Thank you very much Serena xxxx

Could not fault this property at all. The house is beautiful and the owner is super friendly and helpful.. very good communication. We even arrived to a fruit basket and 2 bottles🥹 We used the house as a base to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and Florence via trains. The house also has everything you will need and more, 5 min walk to the beach.

Size of the apartment

Very clean and practical apartment. Serena the owner went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Hope to be back soon!

The house is amazing and huge. It is very clean, kitchen has everything you need. The location is 5min walking from the beach. The host is amazing and so kind. Highly recommended!

Serena has created a jewel of a place. Her attention to detail is exceptional and the property was pristine. There is nothing this woman has not thought of to make your stay carefree. I highly recommend staying here. My children did not want to leave.

Fantastic place and host. Everything was even more than expected. Good house with modern decorations. A lot of place, big balocnie and ect. Good location! For sure will return here once more again.

The apartment is really nice and has everything you need, and even more than you expect to have when you rent an apartment. Serena is a great host and always was super responsive and helpful.

Fantastic property. Serena has done up the property beautifully and it has all the amenities one needs (toiletries, fully functioning kitchen, board games, tv). Very clean and everything worked perfectly. No issues. Serena was an absolute delight to deal with - warm, welcoming and accommodating. she gave us clear instructions for checking in and checking out, to ensure there is no confusion. honestly one of the best hosts we have dealt with. I recommend this place highly as we enjoyed our stay very much!
