Very welcoming staff who spoke fluent English. Very helpful and kind. Decent breakfast and staff very good. Rooms were warm and quiet.

“We loved it very much”
The hotel is very well located. Close to the beach, great restaurants and the city centre. All the staff are very very nice. The rooms are clean and are cleaned every day. Breakfast is very good, especially the pastries.

On-site parking, super friendly staff, nice breakfast. Well equipped rooms with many toiletries. Had a great sleep.

“Lovely weekend in Tuscany”
The pool was good but it was a bit cold to swim in September. Breakfast could be improved to add i.e.boiled eggs and sausages and reduce a bit the desserts. It is a short walk to the beach and the view is lovely. WiFi was great and beds were comfortable. Car park is available.

“Fantastic break. Amazing staff who's friendly positive attitudes were refreshing.”
The staff were amazing from reception, pool bar, breakfast service, room cleaning and the lifeguards. Nothing was too much trouble and all were very accommodating when dealing with the language barrier. The hotel was very clean and the room was serviced daily. The location on Lido de Camaiore was great. All the beach restaurants and beach areas were of similar service, with excellent staff and very good food.

Loved the pool area, the pool also was wonderful and kept at a perfect temperature. And was very clean. The staff across the board were incredible. Always going out of their way to meet our needs and often going above and beyond. The restaurant manager really looked after us when we ate in one evening. The food was great, both in the restaurant (incredible options for breakfast and dinner) and in the outdoor bar area. In fact the food was better than in some of the restaurants on the promenade. The bar staff also great and the main pool guy super friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and the cleaning staff were very friendly always saying hello when passing in the corridor. The reception staff also very helpful and kind.
