“It was OK but not sure we will come back.”
The waterpark was nice for the kids. Ages 5 and 8. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of counter space but the shower curtain was inadequate. Staff were helpful but is was obvious they were understaffed. Not enough housekeeping. Our orginial room was not ready when we got there.

Blood on the wall, very dirty, our remote was covered in a sticker substance, our bathroom sink was cracked. Pull out mattress was stained and gross looking. Do not recommend this place at all.

It is a very nice facility. Staff were friendly and courteous. The beakfast area was very nice and there were nice choices to eat.

“Never ever again!”
Our room was disgusting! There were candy wrappers still on the floor from the previous guests, our toilet was definitely not cleaned out as there was still feces splattered all on the back wall of the bowl,and a good amount hair in the bottom of the shower. I was told by staff that there was only one housekeeper and there was nothing they could do about it due to staffing! We were told by a staff member that our alcohol was not allowed at all in the pool area, even though it was covered and not in a glass bottle. The water slide is only open certain times of day and closes once an hour due to staffing also…. There was a woman slumped over in the lobby when we first arrived and her several kids were running all over the place, cops arrived and took care of that situation… overall this place was poorly managed and poorly maintained!
