“Nice stay at Lake Como”

Beautiful view and a great location to stay at Lake Como. Ferry in 10 min walking distance. Possibility to start a hike directly from the apartment. Garage for the car. Charming family running the place. Garden and pool with exceptional views on the lake. Good Italian breakfast.

“Como Holiday”

Rooms were large with a partial view but very clean and the owners were very welcoming and friendly including the dogs.

We both thought the accommodations and staff were excellent. The breakfast they provided was amazing in there courtyard looking over the lake.

Peaceful, lovely staff and an absolutely stunning location

Very nice owners. Delicious breakfast, you can pick what would you like to eat on a little paper menu. Beautiful view from our balcony towards garden and lake. Pool was there ready to use but I haven't seen anyone brave enough to use it in april. There's two friendly dogs guarding the property. There was a place in a garage reserved for our car. Wish we could come back again.

Amazing, helpful and kind hosts. Really good breakfast. Free parking. The view was stunning. The location was very good if you had a car you could visit other towns of lake Como, but as also it was very close to a ferry station.

Fantastic value for money B&B in a great location, very accessible to the rest of the lake and it's towns. Plenty of good restaurants nearby within walking distance, and easily connected by regular bus service to neighbouring towns and major ferry docks. The hosts were very friendly and incredibly attentive. The breakfast area in the morning was particularly nice, and the food and service was brilliant.

Everything was lovely..Linda and her dad who hosted us were so nice!..Breakfast was so good..in such a pretty breakfast parlour..lovely view from the balcony..

“Best B&B in Italy!”

We loved everything about our stay at this property. This was our favourite accommodation during our 3 weeks in Italy. Linda and Luigi were incredible hosts and very helpful and hospitable. The room was spotless, it was well decorated and cosy and the view was INCREDIBLE. Breakfast each morning was well presented with an incredible selection. You can tell that a lot of love goes into this stay and I would recommend anyone to book if travelling to Lake Como as this was a perfect base!

“The real Italian deal!”

We stayed at the beautiful cherry & rose b&b for four nights in September. The garden and the view from our room was just lovely, an oasis of calm with views across the lake. The room was large and spotlessly clean. We loved the village of Lezzeno, very quiet with a bar and a few fabulous local family run restaurants. Seafood from the lake is a must. The best thing without doubt is Linda and family, the kindest sweet family who serve you the most delicious home made breakfast every day and are happy to help with any questions. One final thing, my husband left his headphones in the room and Linda arranged to have them sent into us. You cannot do better than stay here for a real Italian family experience.

The property is beautiful. It has incredible views, a lovely balcony area to sit and relax and great breakfast provided by incredibly friendly hosts. Thank you for an amazing stay! We stayed here 5 years ago and returned for our honeymoon just last week!

Breakfast was lovely, a nice way to start the day. Swimming pool and terrace were great for relaxing late afternoon after being out for the day. Nice village to go out in evening with a good choice of restaurants and of course the ice cream parlour!!

It was incredible! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I chose it because I saw that the windows offer a wonderful view of the lake. The room in the photo seemed a bit old to me, but I was going to see the lake, not to stay in a hotel. But when I arrived and saw the room and met the owners of the hotel - I wanted to cry. This is such a soulful place, as if I had come to visit my friends. Soul has been invested in the hotel and it is immediately felt. Everything is so well thought out and homely that it constantly makes you smile. The room was small, because I was traveling alone, but it was so clean and comfortable that I didn't even expect it. The room was cleaned every day. When I arrived, I was met by the father of the owner, Linda. He did not speak English well, but he explained everything to me well and showed me to the room. There was a hand-drawn map in the room. This is the first thing that made me smile. The room had a mini fridge, coffee, tea and water. And from the balcony there was an incredible view of Lake Como. Breakfast was incredible! Everything is so cool and with soul! Each guest was offered a choice of dishes from the menu and prepared. Fresh croissants, eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, incredible homemade jam...I was simply delighted! Linda puts her soul into this place and you can feel it. There is also a swimming pool and a cozy courtyard on the territory. I was delighted with this hotel!
