The room was dirty the carpet and beds were covered in dust and the water wouldn't drain from the bathtub.

“Again - the experience with check-in and the dealings with a great staff makes all the difference!”
We absolutely loved the young lady, Kristiona, that checked us in and worked the front desk. We had several requests over the weekend and she was so helpful and always went the extra mile. Always smiling, always so positive. I make my career as a trainer in sales and marketing and customer service. I have used her as an example of going the extra 10% which takes you from ordinary to extraordinary! She's a keeper! Also, there was another young lady, don't know her name but she worked the morning of June 24th, who was also excellent. We were in town for our son's lacrosse tournament and forgot an extra chair. We asked if you had an extra foldable chair anywhere and she offered to go to her car and get her mother-in-laws and let us use that! We returned it before we left but could not believe what a nice gesture that was on her part. Congratulations on employing such amazing people. The front desk is your face and people will remember their experience with them!! See you next year!

“Thank you for offering a clean hotel, in a safe location, at an excellent value.”
The location, selection, and temperature was excellent. Thank you! Especially, during and after Covid, while staying at hotels, the breakfast selection has been extremely limited. It was wonderful to have hot food and hot coffee.
