The location and the facility was very good! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to stay for one night during our travel to Montreal.

While our room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable, the hotel is badly in need of updating and upgrading. The room decor appears to be from 40 years ago, except for a good sized HD television. We switched to this hotel on late notice as our travel dates changed, and options were limited because we were traveling with our dog.

Room was clean and the shower was hot. The insulation was thin. We could hear other guests in their units. This was fine though as everyone settled down when we were ready for bed and it was quiet through the night.

My second stay here. Lots of amenities for a motel in this price range. I have paid more for places with fewer. I especially loved the makeup mirror. We were lucky to get a King sized bed this time, very comfortable. The location is not within walking distance to anything but is a short 15 minute drive to the Quebec City ferry dock. The room was very clean.
