Overall, I had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere made a great impression. I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk, who assisted my spouse and me with check-in. She was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information about the hotel’s amenities. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of both the hotel and my room. I stayed in the superior king bedroom with a kitchenette, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless from top to bottom, which added to my comfort and satisfaction. One detail I especially appreciated was the personalized greeting on the TV, displaying my name. It was a thoughtful touch that made me feel valued as a guest.

We recently stayed at Hotel Normandin Levis, and we must say the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a well-thought-out design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, such as the Nespresso machine and large TV, made our stay feel luxurious. The bathroom was spacious with high-quality toiletries, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. We also had the pleasure of visiting their spa area, and it was a truly relaxing experience. The ambiance was calm and serene, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a long day. The hot tub was spacious, with the perfect water temperature to melt away stress. Another plus was the convenient location. The hotel offers easy access to the highway, making it a great spot for both leisure and business travelers. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from downtown Quebec City. For breakfast, you have two choices: they offered a continental option for around $12 per person ,or a 20% discount coupon for a restaurant across the street, allowing us to choose a more substantial meal if we preferred. While the continental breakfast felt a bit limited compared to what we expected, this detail didn’t detract from our overall positive experience. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Normandin Levis for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future!
