“Great hospitality and home atmosphere”
Very nice personel, easy going atmosphere, easy to find, beatiful location, very comfortable, quiet, with kitchen. I liked it very much and will certainly return for a longer stay. It's very clean, good beds, ideal for mountain lovers with all the possibilities around. I especially liked the contact and home sphere created by the Italian pair running the hotel/hostel. That was unique.

“Comfortable and pleasing”
I was greeted by the host, she was a young woman that was very sincere. Overall the people that I have met there were nice. I was able to do my laundry for only two euros, overall it was pretty comfortable, the bed was wide and long enough for me and I am 6 feet. Big enough drive way to park your own car.

Surprisingly, very pleasant self-check-in when the host was not at place. The self-service refrigerator for cold drinks on a hot day was the best. Very kind and friendly host who prepared an excellent Italian breakfast.

“Awful place run by thugs”
I would definitely NOT recommend this den to anyone. The owner of the den called "Roberto" is a real thug. I arrived at the evening and paid over the booking com site which said I paid in full. I did not know anything about the local taxes and thought all was included. The girl who was the thug's assistant did not tell me anything at the evening. Then next morning at 6-45 (!) I was rudely awakened by this girl who on broken English was telling me " Pay the local tax now!" I said I believe I paid in full and if there is need to pay I will pay later and asked her to leave me alone for now. But she became aggressive and very rude demanding money by shouting "Give me money! give me money now!!". I had to got up and dress and went to see the so called "manager" Roberto. That was a mistake, as he became absolutely mad and was shouting at me on broken English "I am Italian!! I do not understand English! This is my home!! Give me money now!!" This thug even pushed me back for no reason. It was obvious these people are thugs.. So I gave him money and left. I went straight to the local police office and reported this thug and his behaviour. Apparently this thug Roberto is know to the police.. The police logged the case and took my statement and details. I warn any decent person to avoid at any cost this den and these thugs... If it happened in the UK this thug Roberto would be arrested and charged with threatening behaviour and his licence could be revoked.. Please avoid this place at any cost!

“Altogether, a nice place to stay!”
- Location was perfect, close to everything or the bus stop. - Staff was great, and it was very easy to make agreements on checking in or out earlier or later in the day. - Communication was fast. - Good showers with enough warm water. - Good facilities to cook your own meal or make your own coffee.

“Amazing place to stay in this wonderful town”
Location was amazing! Easy to check-in. I got a double bed in the dormitory room. Balcony views from the kitchen area. Roberto is really friendly and kind!

“Zero Stars Super Hotel”
It is a simple no frills and the way they call it "zero star" hotel. The staff is very friendly and had lets us do a late checkin around 21:00hrs and beds for comfortable. The view and location of the hotel is amazing. The breakfast is wholesome and enjoyed the mermalades with breads. Also the hostel staff offers additional add-ons or recommends good options to explore in & around. The parking is free. Bonus is - There is a very good Italian restaurant at the ground floor and serves very good fare also for vegetarians.
