The hotel location is perfect; the rooms are spacious with amazing views of the mountains. the breakfast had a good selection. Bonus is the underground parking. The spa and the service provided were very good

Amazing location! Lovely large comfortable bed - bedroom with twin sinks, shower and a separate bath. The hotel staff were really friendly and we also made use of the spa facilities including massages which were fabulous. Both indoor and outdoor pools are very warm due to the thermal waters in Leukerbad. Lots of restaurants nearby and as ever, in Switzerland, the village is pristine.

“Spa Stay”
I booked the stay as a 5 Star Hotel - turned out to be a 4 Star hotel, which needs a lot of remodeling. The Lobby has a lot of Charm & its very rich in history and retro. The room was big and comfortable. The spa area was let down & felt like not taken care of which was disappointing, especially because it was publishes as a 5 star spa hotel. The breakfast was okay, the croissants were amazing. Would have liked real scrambled eggs, instead of these industrial ones. All together, the stay was okay, but felt a little overpriced.

The hotel location is excellent, however, it was difficult to find the way how to reach it by car using GPS. Hotel is offering a free parking place in a closed garage. The room was full of light and there was enough space to have a comfortable stay.

“A lovely hotel in a truly amazing location.”
Obviously the location is stunning. Our room had a great view and was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic, for both breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed making full use of the spa facilities too.

A great Hotel to stay. Nice old style and very relaxing. Beautiful Spa with hot spring pool inside and outside. Also Sauna and the Steam bath is a must.

Most of the staff, particularly the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The guys at the bar (Tommy and Luca) were super friendly and charming with my daughter and myself. Breakfast was tasty.
