“Weekend escape”

Amazing parking space, big room, views over Leuca and delicious breakfast. I recommend this place since it is also a good value for money. Owners were very nice and ready.

This is a lovely vila on a hill with a beautiful terrace with a perfect view of Leuca and the lighthouse. Very quiet with a nice and big balcony attached to the room. The room was very comfortable, very clean and spacious. Big bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best and consisted of fresh homemade food. Free parking outside the villa. The host Marita is very friendly and hospitable.

“Beautiful stay - lovely accommodation - nice owners”

The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The property has a beautiful terrace with panoramic views. Our second year at the B&B and very enjoyable. Spacious car park. Breakfast excellent - we ate outside overlooking Santa Maria Di Leuca.

Everything! the cleanest room I've ever been, beautiful bathroom and details in the room creates amazing atmosphere, big parking, great breakfasts with something savory, fruits, cheese and pastry, owners makes you feel like home, great view from the terrace. The best accommodation I've ever been, totally exceed my expectations. Nothing I didn't like and I'm a very fussy person!

“A lovely place to stay”

We loved our big room, the views from the common balcony. It was quiet. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly.

Francesco and Marita were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with sea view from our balcony. The breakfast was simply fantastic - including some local specialities. Breakfast served on a mini table so could be taken inside or outside. Excellent spacious carparking,

“Thoroughly recommended”

Delightful and welcoming host and hostess, fine Villa as close to the heel of Italy as it is possible to be, good walks for the dog, close to decent restaurants, and the breakfast (which I had read about in advance) was really exceptional and served in an absolutely splendid room. Definitely coming again!

This place sets up a very high benchmark what hospitality can be: I felt like a long-awaited family friend visiting, truly cared for. Also, the place is fantastically located with beautiful surroundings, the room was spacious, comfortable and esthetically very pleasing, same as the whole place overall. The breakfast was definitely the best I ever had in Italy (and Italy is my frequent destination). I was very fortunate that Villa this year for the winter season - it is actually a great season for hiking and cycling. For me it was just in the end of Via Francigena del Sud - like a cherry on the cake.

The hosts are so lovely and helpful. You feel at home. The breakfast is incredible. So many local treats, it is a real experience. We ate what we could and enjoyed the rest as a picnic at lunch. Amazing access to the area. So many beautiful spots to explore.

“Nice short stay in Leuca.”

Good location on the hill above Leuca with a big private parking and easy access to the city center and the port (by car or on foot). The house has a big terrace where the breakfast can be served, weather permitting. And what a breakfast! Really excellent, with a big variety of local products, fruit, salty and sweet products, everything you could wish. Very kind owners. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hosts were excellent. Everything in room was very tasteful and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with many local foods offered in a beautiful room. One of best experiences in Italy , traveling for a month.

Francesco and his wife are the most fantastic, welcoming hosts. The property is great, situated on a promintory above town.

Our stay at Villa Pedaci was a great pleasure. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, the breakfast is generous, well-finished and consists of fruit, typical bread, cheese and typical sweet products. Yogurt, jam and chocolate cream are also available. It is very clean and they changed our towels every day and filled a glass bottle with good drinking water (extra point for me as I pay attention to reducing plastic waste). Great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Pedaci. The family owners are wonderful, made the perfect restaurant recommendation and laid on a beautiful breakfast with local foods on the terrace. P.S happy 30th wedding anniversary :D

“Very very nice”

The room is very clean and very nice to stay in. Also the view is very nice. The daily homemade breakfast was our favorite! We haven’t had any other breakfast which was better than this one during our whole stay in Puglia. Everything is very fresh. Also, the family that runs the b&b were very kind. They offered to drive us to the doctor in the late evening and were of great help! Thank you!
