The villa is a historic well maintained building adjacent to the sea. The bedroom is large the bathroom very big.

All was good and as expected very different from the Hotel Incanto same company but completely different

4 o’clock check in is very late. All other hotels are 2 or maybe 3. Ever see a 4 o’clock before. Makes it hard when you are tired from travelling and have to sit in the reception waiting for room. Stayed in the villa, Most was fine but have to say the bed was awful. Never slept on a mattress which was so hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I had little sleep the first night. Second day I was able to fold 2 quilts under the bottom sheet which gave some relief. You really must replace them with something decent otherwise the stay would have been nice.

What a privilege to stay somewhere this amazing, unique and historic. Everything is antique, most of the building is a museum. There are just 4 guest bedrooms. We felt like king and queen of this seafront palace in Leuca. We would definitely stay here again.

“Memorable”

Villa Meridiana is a wonderful historic building, a 1920s rotunda perfectly preserved, with original furniture. There are four bedrooms, and common areas, we were the only guests, a wraparound balcony with wonderful sea views.. We felt privileged to stay there. It is attached to the Hotel Termine, with is a lovely family run hotel, with great staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with my wife, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for both of us. We were equally impressed by the immaculate common areas, which were well-maintained and inviting. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, showcasing a level of professionalism and warmth that made us feel right at home. My wife and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall ambiance of the place. It was a perfect experience, and we highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

“Okay if you want to dive into the old times...”

The spirit of the old villa is great and the location could not be any better. The interior of the apartment is lovely to look at in order to get an idea of former times.

“An unusual place to stay which we loved.”

Huge room with lovely antique furniture and doors onto a balcony . Clean and comfortable with a kettle, bathrobes, toiletries and towels for the beach too. We booked last minute in October so it was also very reasonable for such a fantastic location and place. It's next door to the hotel where you check in and have breakfast and the pool is a few metres away too. The beach is across the road where you have use of the hotel sunbeds. Good for swimming and there's a nice walk up to the lighthouse . Really enjoyed our two night stay . Something different on our month in Italy .

Fantastic location. Just next to the sea. Great view from the balcony. Old fashion style but due to this there is a nice atmosphere.

The whole villa is amazingly beautiful with wonderful furnishing, lovely garden and beautiful view onto the sea and the harbour.. Breakfast was very nice and I loved the little lighthouse at the roof of the house.

“Authentic lovely stay”

Lovely stay in the villa which was very traditional. Lots of space in the ground floor apartment to the villa and the double room we had also upstairs. Easy access to the pool next door and breakfast. Fully equipped with everything you need and comfortable with outdoor balcony.

“Great two-night stay”

The villa is so picturesque and pretty. We loved the decor and the green spaces surrounding the pool. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere was ideal to relax and recharge.

The accommodation was massive and furnished with exceptional period pieces. It felt like living in another time. The bathroom was enormous and even had a bath. The breakfast had just about everything you could want. The swimming pool was also large.
