Overview
Located on Puglia’s southernmost tip, in the Salento area, the family-run B&B Villa Ines is 400 metres from the beaches at Santa Maria di Leuca. Free services include bike rental, parking and Wi-Fi access. Decorated with wood furniture, all rooms are air conditioned and feature an LCD TV with satellite channels. The private bathrooms are either internal or external and are complete with a hairdryer and toiletries. Guests can enjoy the private furnished garden with BBQ. An Italian style breakfast with coffee and croissants is served in the common kitchen with fridge. Villa Ines B&B is a 5-minute drive from Castrignano Del Capo and just 400 metres from the centre of Santa Maria di Leuca.

“We had a wonderful experience.”
Mario was a superb host. He was so friendly and helpful and took a genuine interest in helping us get the most out of our holiday. His tips for places to eat and visit were just great. The location is a short walk down to the seafront. The breakfasts were delicious and included fresh fruit and pastries that were a specialty of the region. We ate outside on the patio.

“Great host Mr. Mario”
We had a wonderful stay with Mr. Mario in Santa Maria di Leuca. He was extremely kind and welcoming – upon our arrival, he immediately offered us water or juice and gave us a detailed introduction to the town and surroundings, recommending the best restaurants, gelaterias, and bars. He also arranged a boat trip for us to visit the caves on both the Adriatic and Ionian sides, which was an unforgettable experience. Every morning, he prepared breakfast for us with fresh croissants, making our mornings even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality and warm personality – highly recommended!

Very nice and comfortable with a very warm welcome from Mario the owner of the B&B. We were able to use private parking at the B&B. He gave us a lot of information about restaurants and locations to visit around Leuca and the adriatic cost and the cost of Gallipoli. B&B is only a short walk to the centre of Leuca and the sea.

“Memorable but too short”
Highly recommended! Good breakfast, no problem with parking - some places in his garden. The owner is very friendly and hospitable, and I would also say a real local guide. He welcomed us and explained everything to us. He also made Leuca di Santa Maria even more beautiful.

Excellent location with private parking. Lovely comfy room with a private bathroom. Just a short walk to the harbour and into town. A boat trip to the caves is not to be missed.

A lot of space in the house Very comfortable and clean The owner is amazing: provided early check-in, answered all my questions, served amazing breakfast with Martinucci freshly baked croissants Except the room, there are other places to be at the house: kitchen, terrace, so you fill food there

Mario is a wonderful host. He lives there and makes sure you have a great stay. He gave us advice on what to see, where to it, and son on. Everything we needed he helped us kindly. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated and with everything you need. Very clean. Breakfast is delicious!

Rooms were a nice size, but the winter garden and other shared spaces were plenty. Very friendly host. Few minutes walk from the beach and all restaurants. Definitely recommeneded.

The host Mario was exceptional with his knowledge and history of the area, places to visit, where best to eat etc. Breakfast was special with local specialities to taste and a cheerful Mario ensuring you had all you needed and fully informed for your onward journey.
