Everything was so amazing, the room and the facilities were exceptional and the property is located right in the centre. Everything was perfect, but the main positive was that the staff were so lovely, they helped me so much with getting the boat to Manaus and sorting everything out. I was so nervous on my own but the staff here helped me with everything in my journey, they are so kind and were like a family to me! I would really recommend staying here.

Carolina was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. She helped us to work out boat timings, where to eat, drink and gave us top tips for our next place too - Iquitos.

The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations about where to go and what to do. The location is perfect, downtown, near the popular restaurants, parks and shops.

Caro and Diana are fantastic hosts - they are so friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help me with things e.g. organising a tour, getting a TukTuk to go to Tabatinga… and more! They included me and made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel is fantastic - very near to all the main tourist attractions of Leticia, banks, shops etc. The room itself was lovely, really clean and nicely decorated.

We have been traveling the world since decades with leightweight backpacks. Consequently we have used laundry services in hundreds of guesthouses before without any problem. Althought we were the only guests the laundry of my wife was stolen, e.g., her most beloved travel trousers. This was a quite expensive one with various personalized modifications by her tailor. It was obvious that the thief must be a member of the family or of the staff. The owner of the guesthouse did nothing to clarify this issue but started a bizarre police theatre in the evening with various police man showing up. We were asked to come to police station next day, although it was known that we had a flight to Bogota at that time. We should be forced to signed a document stating that the guesthouse owner is not responsible for the loss and that we will not undertake any action to harm the guesthouse owner, e.g., by a bad review of our stay. Who is going to sign a police document in a language he/she does not fully understand? We never heard a word of excuse or even a sorry for the loss but a lot about the feelings of the guesthouse owner who felt been treated by us like a thief. We never ever met such a narcissistic person before. Finally my wife had to continue our travel to Bogota in a very dirty trousers from crossing muddy areas for a boat trip on the Amazon river.

Lovely common area. Clean, well sized and nicely decorated room with an equally spacious, clean and modern bathroom. Appreciated the crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels! Caro and Diana went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They were so kind and generous.

Great location and lovely staff! So helpful and friendly and gave us great recommendations for the area. We stayed before our trip to the Amazon and again when we came back and it was perfect! Really quiet too - apart from the local birds which we didn’t mind!
