Perfect stay in lovely Leticia! We returned here after our Amazonas trip and we really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The kids loved the swimming pool and we enjoyed the hammocks and relax chairs around the pool. As a small hotel, Utuane offered a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere and that was just what we needed. The city center of Leticia is easily and affordably accessible by tuk-tuk, and the reception staff is more than happy to assist with calling one, ordering a pizza, or anything else you might need. Overall very laidback place and would absolutely recommend.

We had to transfer to this hotel after our previous booking with another hotel had overbooked us. As such, we only had one night with them but wish we had stayed longer. They were more than we expected, making us feel completely at home, the owner who you speak with on whatsapp was so accommodating and kind. We had an incredible room that had a huge balcony overlooking the river. The room was so clean, linen smelt so fresh, and the village was so welcoming with the sweetest children. One little girl even waited for us as we were leaving and gave me her lip gloss which shows how truly kind this village and community are.

“Hotel Utuane was a great place to stay in Leticia before we began our Amazon tour.”

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the town square (Santander Parque) in Leticia, which was fine to walk in the daylight, but I wouldn't do it late at night. We did end up getting a bit turned around after dark and getting a tuktuk to return us to the hotel! The cabins were clean and spacious with cute decor and a fridge, and the staff was friendly. One of the hotel staff showed us monkeys eating papaya just outside the hotel one morning, which was great. There was always drinking water available and wifi in the lobby area. The breakfast was fine. The best part of the hotel was the beautiful outdoor pool, which was a fantastic way to cool down as we were not used to the heat in the Amazonas.

Monkey Room. Our room was great. Very clean, with AC and all the basics. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They organise for us an early cab and everything was great. The Swimming pool is very well maintained.

A nice property in Letici, a little further from town. We only stayed for a night so we didnt get a chance to use the pool but everything else was nice, especially the beds were very comfortable.

The people were really friendly and helped with everything we asked for. When we left they were decorating for christmas and wanted to take pictures with us. The location is very nice. The rooms have a good size and have a balcony with mosquito-nets. The pool is perfect and even has a freshwater shower next to it.

If you came to check on this hotel, you can stop serching. You found the best hotel in Leticia!!! Its a beautiful place! By the way, what attracted me to this hotel in the first place was the fact that they left bowls with food and water for the street dogs. I thought to myself that such a hotel must be an outstanding hotel, and indeed I was right. A very High class hotel with prices of an economical one. Your buck goes a long way in terms of: location quality, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, staff and free internet. From the moment you enter you feel luxury, the staff is amazing!! And it is clear that the hotel has a very high standarts of service, the staff really goes out of their way to give you the best experience, and it is clear that the guest's satisfaction is the top priority of the staff. It starts from Galiana at the reception. Carlos - in the dining room Elisabel - the coffee queen... And most of all the manager, Ishmael - What a charming guy, humble, full of kindness, personal charm and willingness to help. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and felt like family. Besides the great attitude, the hotel is beautiful, the service consciousness is very high, the rooms were also large, spacious and clean, and well equipped. There are two wonderful pools. Excellent restaurants - where there is a variety of food and exquisite service. The hotel is in a superb location; 10 minutes drive from the airport, and close to the city center - to all restaurants, travel agencies, shops, and in front of a bank, where there is also an ATM machine. In short, an unforgettable experience. And to top it all off, since we missed a flight, and had to purchase new plane tickets for the next evening - they allowed us to check out in the evening at no extra cost. There are many pictures I took on this trip, but the one that is closest to my heart is the one where I took a picture with the manager, Ishmael. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is near to the airport. It has excellent facilities, with nice independent cabins. You get a basic but enough breakfast. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent.
