Breakfast was phenomenal, and the stay was amazing. Great experience overall. Whenever I go to Lethbridge the Hampton inn is where I usually book my stay.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel after checkout has been extremely disappointing. It has been over a week since I checked out, and I still have not received an official receipt/invoice for my stay, despite multiple requests and follow-ups. This is a basic service any hotel should be able to provide, especially when guests need documentation for business expense reimbursement. The lack of response and responsibility from the hotel staff is unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, communication has been very poor — messages are either ignored or answered with vague replies, without actually resolving the issue. The stay itself was fine, but the post-stay support completely ruined the overall impression. I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers who need proper documentation and reliable customer service

“We have stayed at the Hampton Inn numerous times and will stay again if we return to Lethbridge.”
We were there because a family member was very ill in hospital. The staff that knew this went above and beyond to make our staff as comfortable as possible. We have no complaints about our stay at all.

Good Breakfast. It was quiet and close the the main thoroughfare. There was a restaurant close by but would rate the restaurant 6 out of 10. This is no reflection on the hotel.

I tried to change from.a king to queen room and they wouldn't accommodate it because it wasn't booked directly through them. Also had issues with the toilet and the room smelt wierd we all woke up congested the next day.
