Big parking with no height limit, that's a big bonus. Check-in at 3PM was much appreciated. We got to choose between the 1st and 2nd floor for our room. The bar was a nice place to hang out, beautiful dining room which was unfortunately closed that night, which is a shame for a Friday night. A lot of options for breakfast in the morning with good products. Nice room, big, light and tidy, offering coffee, tea and fresh filtered water, and a clean bathroom displaying Rituals hygiene products (it could use a complementary body lotion and/or conditioner though). Big walk-in shower, even though the shower head couldn't be set up in the right direction.

The hotel was very easy to find, close to the motorway and there was plenty of parking. We had a quick stop just to sleep and a pleasant stay. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

Modern nice hotel

“Quite pleasant stay with our short break to France with Family & Friends”

Room size was adequate for our family of 4 (2 children 7 & 1). Well equipped, comfortable bed, even had a little fridge which I didnt expect. Hotel Lobby had lots of areas for having chitchat with friends, had games for the children, our boys loved playing them. Had a cozy separate seating area with large tv. Really impressed with this arrangement. Breakfast menu was pretty good, quite a lot of options. Parking on site was free and had quite a lot of space. Staff- All the staffs were really nice and helpful. My son left his Samsung tablet on the lobby by mistake and we were out the whole day. after returning to the hotel, we realised it was missing. But luckily one of the staff spotted it and stored it safely with them and we found it. Very very helpful staff. Also, my child became sick and threw up the night before we left, even though we cleaned it but still informed at the reception. They were very caring about it and reassured us that it was not a big deal. Location- only about over an hour from Calais port, 1hr from Ghent, has a McD just next to it, petrol station only few mins drive. Also, there was a halal chinese buffet about 3mins drive called Royal D'Asia. We loved their food.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Not far from the city and also the airport. Clean and comfortable hotel. Free parking. I would like to congratulate all the friendly and helpful staff. Not only the hotel staff but also the hotel cleaners are friendly. I booked a room late in the evening but they were able to fulfill my request successfully. Breakfast is also appetizing.

It was all very nice and very convenient.
