“Friendly staff and good location”

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The town experienced a power cut during our stay so the staff asked to move us to another part of the hotel which would be quieter - much appreciated! Personally I would recommend upgrading to the fancier room

Nice hotel with a good breakfast and a very good restaurant near by. I recommend.

Zid u sobi je bio budjav. Slike na bookingu nemaju veze sa sobama uzivo. Soba prasnjava i mirise na usajali vazduh od cigara. Jedan set peskira za dvoje ljudi. Blago receno, uzas!

“Disaster”

The only positive things were the manager and the receptionist. The manager didn’t make a big issue when, after the first night, I said I wanted to leave the hotel even though I had already paid for two nights. And the receptionist, who wanted to understand what the problem was and maybe try to solve it. But then again, on the other hand, the manager simply said not to ask questions and to just let me go, probably because she herself knows what the room is like.

Okay price and breakfast okay, but lacked vegetebles.

“Run down”

Location not too far from centre. Reception lady welcoming and helpful.

Hotel Gros is a perfect option for a 1-night overnight stop in transit when on holiday. This was our second time at this hotel and we knew exactly what to expect. The room and the beds were very comfortable. The carpets of the hotel are worn and used, but overall everything was nice and clean. It was definitely value for money, as the price also included breakfast.

The breackfast was great and the personal was very nice and gentile with us. It was clean in the room.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The food in restaurant is ok.
