We spent one night in July 2022. Mr Primiano and his son Antonio have been very welcoming, providing us with all the info on restaurants and places to visit. The building was located in the centre, very close to the lakefront. It was partially renovated, and the room was wide and cozy, equipped with all comforts. The bathroom was not renovated but was clean and equipped with all we needed. In general, we had very good stay and recommend it. Thank you Primiano!
