“Avoid - plenty of other, better options”
This is clearly a budget option and we chose it for 1 night before a week in Val Thorens. I wasn’t expecting much more than basic but the photos are either heavily edited or taken 10+ years ago. The building is in terrible condition and the apartments are very tired inside.

Room was not very clean on entry, one of our towels was covered in dirt/grass. (however was replaced prompty). Guests are expected to do all of their own cleaning, with an excessively expensive deposit of 300 euro at risk if not to standard. Accomodation on slopes is difficult to get to without local knowledge of free Funicular, the accomodation didn't in any way help to communicate this knowledge leading to a very stressful check in. Building is completely separate and difficult to get to. Ski equipment room small and difficult to get to.

“Clean, functional apartment in a decent location with friendly staff.”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and functional and the beds comfortable. The location was quite good - it was about 10 mins to get down to the Croisette, with shops and restaurants. You could ski to near the property (but down a run that wasn’t the most convenient to get to) and had to walk about 100m to ski out.

The resort was ok mainly but the accommodation was in need of renovation and levels of comfort in the accommodation for today's market poor.
