Location was excellent. Apartment was very good. We got upgraded apparently which was good as the size of the apartment was perfect, but would have been too small if it had been any smaller.

Location! Spa was quite warm with nice saunas. Most of the staff were professional and friendly. Despite choosing apartment options- basic kits for kitchen and bathrooms were provided by the facilities, which is great advantage when coming by plane. Room was cleaned middle of the week. Apartment was quite spacious compared to many French apartments. Ski locker with heating.

Great location for ski in and ski out. Rooms were comfy and clean with lovely facilities. The hotel staff were friendly.

“It is an Okay hotel, but don’t expect much”

The hotel is located just above one of the ski lifts. Basically, you exit the hotel — go down 200-300 meters and you’re at the ski lift. + : that it is close to a ski lift - : that everything else - restaurants, supermarket, ski service etc - is located 12-15 mins from the hotel, so you have to walk or drive everywhere. The lobby is pretty comfy with an open fire and a bar. The spa is quite small, but the facialist was excellent.

The hotel looks nice visually, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. From the moment we entered, there was a strong smell of burning smoke coming from the chimney. It seemed that the ventilation or draft was not working properly, which made the common areas uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. It was very cold, especially at night. We asked several times for the heating not to be turned down, but we were told that the hotel controls the heating centrally. As a result, the radiators and the floor heating were ice cold, and we spent the nights freezing. We also tried the hotel restaurant, but the food did not meet our expectations and we did not manage to enjoy a good meal there. Additionally, the water in the pool was cold, which made it uncomfortable to use and especially unsuitable for relaxation. Overall, despite the nice appearance, the comfort and quality were lacking. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel.

“Perfect accommodation for what we wanted. Great access to the slopes at good value for money.”

This hotel was perfect for a functional, relatively simple accommodation for 4 days of skiing. It has excellent access to the slopes and is within close proximity to the town of Les Menuires (5-10 min walk). Some reviews speak of poor experiences with staff, however we found the opposite to be true. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable - Emilie at reception was exceptional!

Placement, next to the ski slopes was just great, ski-in/ski-out concept being perfect for us (family with kids). Fire burning in the reception cozy space area with the smell of burnt wood was another big plus.

Les Menuires is a pleasant small resort, not much nightlife but good for families. Val Thorens is good for apre-ski. The hotel is very nice, not super luxurious but we liked the pool for a swim. Good value hotel.

Perfect ski in & out location, very easy to get to all slopes. Excellent spa with large pool and two saunas. Very nice staff at the reception and restaurant. Free parking right next to hotel.

Close to everything, skiing as well as restaurants

“Definitely not a SPA "resort"”

The location for ski is just great! Ski-in / ski out directly to and from the ski room of the hotel is perfect! Very close to Bruyere area center, supermarket, ski rentals, shops and restaurants. You just use a two steps away elevator and you are there. Very friendly staff.
