Beautiful property in a peaceful location and still only a 3 minute drive to Puy Du Foy

Everything, the facilities and the place itself was beautiful, set in a beautiful surrounding. But, what makes this place even more special is the absolutely, amazing customer service by the hosts Joel and Elisabeth. Genuinely up there with the nicest service ive ever received from a small hotel/b and b/hostel type of venue!

Beautiful rustic exterior and immaculate interior, with sweet attention to detail. Joel and Elisabeth made us feel so welcome, from the minute we arrived, with homemade jus de pomme and an informative little talk as to how to make the most of our time at Puy de Fou. Breakfast each day was superb- Elisabeth baked brioche/ waffles/ mini crepes and served beautiful bacon and eggs (from their own chickens) and Joel’s printed Puy de Fou day plan was so useful!

What a special place! The hosts were warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and a good size/layout for our family of four. The garden with picnic benches and table tennis was a surprise bonus that we really appreciated after a long, hot drive. Oh, and the homemade breakfasts were delicious! Super close to Puy du Fou... Highly recommended!

“An excellent location for the Puy du Fou.”

Joel and Elisabeth were extremely helpful and friendly. The chambres d’hotes was very close to the Puy du Fou (PdF), where we were visiting and Joel allowed us to arrive early and store our bikes. He also gave us a pass which allowed us to park very close to the entrance of the PdF. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the handmade freshly cooked waffles were delicious. We would recommend the Petit Bignon to anyone who plans to visit the PdF

We absolutely loved our stay here, very clean and quiet. It was so relaxing that we enjoyed every hour of our stay. The hosts are amazing people, very generous and welcoming, we immediately felt like home. Very kind and warm, the type of people we should really appreciate in life. Thank you so much. The apartment was excelent, very comfortable, the building was very beautiful with a very warm feeling. About the breakfast, it is really really good, most of the things were home made, warm bread and just about everything you would wish for. Again, the hosts simply made the experience amazing. Thank you so much, it was perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Location was perfect for Puy Du Fou. Booking includes use of car park pass right by the gates and the loan of seat cushions !! Immaculate and spotless, with excellent firm bed, quiet surroundings and home-cooked food with excellent host and hostess. Cant be faulted, would recommend it 100% for a trip to Puy de Fou.

Joel and Elizabeth were superb hosts. Such a warm welcome on arrival and so helpful with information they could give. We loved hearing the family history of this home. So many extra touches like a welcome message for your family on the board when you arrive made you feel really special. Elizabeth’s breakfasts were superb setting us up well for 2 days at Puy Du Fou with so many home made offerings. If you ask beforehand they also sort out parking at the park for you in an excellent location.Our family room was spotlessly clean and delightfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable.The garden area was very relaxing, with plates, cups and cutlery for you to use if you wanted a picnic. There was also a fridge freezer for guests to use.

The owners were extremely helpful and went to great lengths to sort a problem we had with tickets. Extremely convenient location for Puy du Fou.

We were very welcome and very well look after by the "hotes". The room was spacious, immaculate and decorate with lots of taste, keeping the charm of a lovely property. The breakfast was very nice with home made cakes everyday and using organic products. The location is fantastic, only two minutes from the Puy du Fou.
