“3am staff party ruined our stay”

Staff party woke our whole family at 3am. This continued until we finally had packed up and left early at 5.45am - to undertake a 12hr drive to Nice on very little sleep. Complaint lodged and evidence given of party, time and noise levels - no refund issued and no real apology. Given the site advertises it is quiet from 10pm - 7am this was pretty awful.

When we returned from a day out at Puy du Fou very wet and cold, the heating worked wonderfully and the shower was great. There were some lovely autumn foliage on the trees near the mobile home.

Very near to Puy du Fou, about 8-30 mins by car (depending on traffic). Breakfast bread possible to order in the evenings. Parking near the house. Tip: at the reception they had a basket with leftover stuff like dish washing liquid, we could use that as we forgot to bring our own.

Good location just 5min drive from Puy du Fou, the cabin was quite modern/ new and had all the facilities/amenities we needed for a family of 5. It is a quiet area away from the madness of the theme park, the swimming pool next to the camping grounds by is very convenient plus you have a small grocery store and a bar.

Camping is located very close by le puy du fou. Good facilities. We enjoyed our stay in the tent.

Perfectly located to visit Puy de Fou. The mobile home was clean and spacious. The camping area was among the trees, that gave shadow and kept the place cool. It was convenient to have a nice restaurant on site serving great pizzas, as well as to be able to use the public swimming pool free of charge. The staff was very kind, responsive and trustworthy. When leaving, I forgot an electronic item in the mobile home, and was able to contact them quickly. Eventually, the item was found by the team, and safely kept by them until we recuperated it.

“Lovely farmhouse”

Lovely farmhouse in a great location and next to a lake. Very peaceful. Loads of room inside and out. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of comfortable seating and a big dining table. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. And a half hour walk along a quiet footpath to the Puy du Fou entrance. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Good communication from the reception staff regarding linen and towel hire and access to the property due to our late arrival.

Beautiful campsite grounds with lots of trees and flowers and vegetation. Pleny of facilities for families including use of the outdoor heated pool. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
