“Beautiful hotel in great location”

Traditional Alpine hotel. Beautiful decor throughout. Clean, spacious bedroom, with bath and shower, perfect after a day skiing. A comfortable lounge area and bright dining room. Good continental breakfast. Pretty garden ideal for relaxing in the sunshine. Convenient to the village shops and restaurants and with free parking. Great that we could get ski passes from the hotel too. Valerie was delightful and nothing was too much trouble.

Charming little hotel with a good sized room and balcony overlooking the village. The lady at the reception was lovely and service was very good overall. We stayed one night on the TMB and was just what we needed.

“Cozy, clean and welcoming”

After completing Day 1 of the TMB hike, staying at the Gai Soleil was a pleasant and incredibly welcoming and cozy stay. The room was clean and comfortable and my husband and I had a wonderful view of the mountains as we chose a room with a balcony. The exterior was so beautifully decorated with all the flower boxes and a very inviting garden area where you can enjoy a beverage after a day of hiking. We were offered at 5 euro taxi transfer from the hotel to the start of the trail for the next day, which saved us an extra hour walking on an already long day. We opted for the packed lunch as well and would definitely recommend. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated their efforts to communicate with us in English, as our French is nearly non-existent. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here!

The hotel was lovely and comfortable. Very homely atmosphere with lots of lovely decorative touches. Valerie, the owner, was friendly and helpful. There’s a hot tub and sauna so take your swim wear!

The quant feel - Valerie had made the whole place feel so festive with little touches all around the hotel. The hot tub and sauna were superb. Breakfast options were gods and coffee always fresh. The lounge was very welcoming. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable and the mattress perfect.

Cozy room right on the TMB trail. the proprietor is super friendly and accommodating. There is a very nice breakfast buffet available as well.

The owner is really nice and kind people, customer friendly, helpful and care about their customers. The room and bathroom are very clean, I have everything I need. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Super beautiful view.
