Helpful Host. Due to booking.com failing to delete a cancelled booking in the same area,I ended up at wrong apartment.Host came to my assistance and got me to correct place.Saved me a night sleeping in the the car.

“Lovely apartment, difficult to enter”
The instructions were lengthy and had to inlist the help of another resident as we couldn't get in the cupboard. Host seemed reluctant to help and the residents husband eventually managed to get in to the cupboard where the lock box was located. It was not any easy experience getting in to the property, but it was clean and cosy when we were in.
