“Nice and peaceful stay”
The apartment was nice, spacious, and clean. It had more than enough essentials for our stay. The welcome was warm and friendly. The surroundings were peaceful (which makes sense for a multi-unit senior residence). It was great that we could park our car in the garage and had direct access to the elevator.

The name of the accommodation is not only is Ovelia, but Ovelia Residence Seniors, which is deliberately omitted on the booking. That's why you only see seniors with walkers and such. As for the room amenities, while everything is clean and new, they are clearly the cheapest possible amenities on the market, such as a toilet seat with no dimming, simple built-in wardrobes or a rickety unstable bed with a lamp at only one table. It was supposed to be a double bed, but the width of the bed is only 140cm, which is not at all comfortable for two people, plus you wake up the other person when you move. The room was supposed to have air conditioning, but you can't fully control this as you can't set the temperature below 24 degrees. We asked the reception for a lower temperature but to no avail. The bathroom has a shower with only a curtain, through which water flows and consequently the whole bathroom floor is wet. There is no fan in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower is very very low. The arrival time is also complicated, as only 16:00-18:00 is allowed, which complicates the next day's programme.
