Dating back to the 16th century this stunning manor house is a waterfront property offering stunning views of Lake Aspen. Situated in a lush green setting the historic Aspenäs Herrgård is close to Gothenburg and Landvetter Airport. Guests can bath in Lake Aspen or use the relaxation areas that include a sauna and fitness centre. The forest offers many opportunities for those guests wishing to explore the great outdoors. The elegant guest rooms include high quality beds from the Swedish bedmaker Carpe Diem. The in-house restaurant serves classic cuisine and uses seasonal produce.

“Wonderful relaxing quality stay in typical Swedish lake environment”
Wonderful location just by the lake with excellent services, including very good restaurant and bicycles for free. Lovely lake view from breakfast/restaurant room in the old main Herrgårds-building ! Clearly higher 4 star level

Very nice and calm place, super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location with a lake nearby. Delicious breakfasts. I would really recommend it if you want to slow down and have a quiet vacation

It is a beautiful property with comfy rooms. The breakfast was really good and you can sit right outside and enjoy the view of the lake. There is a nice swimming spot within walking distance.

Beautiful surroundings, lakeside view. Rooms are basic but in separate, interesting buildings. Restaurant was good and staff friendly. Restful place to stay and easy drive from Gotenberg.
