Very cozy and well equipped studio apartment on the first floor. Fantastic view over the blue sea and very quiet. Enjoyed the fiddling cicadas and the birds singing. We had the best bed we ever had in Greece. About 150m to the beach where we were the only foreigners. Very helpful and kind hosts. Thank you very much for a pleasent stay. The taverna in the village is really worth visiting.

Everyyhing was beyond expectations, Stratos and Tuuli where amazing. My girlfriend and I arrived a bit to the unknown, booked last minute for a climbing vacation, and eventually our stay was the highlight of the vacation. Thank you Stratos and Tuuli, from the bottom of our hearts.

The location is quite, beautiful views from the balcony which is a sun trap, very helpful and kind hosts, the birds singing all day, cleanliness and more.

The view from the balcony was amazing, the village is extremely quiet and the sea is stunning around there. It was a great place to relax. Stratos, was readily available -we had a great time at the local taverna in Livadi, that is also highly recommended (order the dish of the day)

The location is ideal, close to the beach, close to a lovely restaurant. The beach is shingle and easy access to the water which is crystal clear if you like snorkelling, the accommodation has put a board on the beach for guests to use. There are showers and toilets. Sitting on the balcony having wine and cheese in the evening listening to the cicadas in the trees and the soft waves lapping on the shingle. Coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the sun rise in front of you. Great Wi-Fi. There’s a coffee/snack bar on the beach with beds and umbrellas, there is also plenty of space to be away from the bustle of the coffee bar if you wish to bring your own brolly and sit elsewhere. A couple of private coves accessible from the main beach if you want extra privacy. What else do you need for a break in a village next to the sea?

“Full relax on Livadi at Elena's Family Apartments”

First of all occasionally I discovered that Livadi is part of Tsakonia. It is located between Tyros and Leonidion. Crystal clear water. The hotel is well equiped and the host Stratos was very positive person. I felt welcomed and enjoyed. There is a Beach Bar as well 2 min walking from the Hotel called Kalo Livadi Beach Bar with very good prices and good equipment.

“Perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet”

It’s the perfect place to get away from all the noise and the stress. The apartment is big, well equipped and the terrace is huge and overlooking the sea at sunrise. Stratos, the host, is a very nice guy, friendly and helpful. The beach is close and has a beach bar with very good cocktails.

The host, Stratos, was extremely polite and always ready to help us with everything we needed. I was blown away by the politeness! The apartment was spacious, clean and with a great view and sunny balcony. The sea is just 100 meters away on foot. Perfect place to chill and visit the neighboring places too.

Had a great stay here! Stratos wasn't around, so his father welcomed us at 2am, as we had a late flight – very thankful for that! The rooms are very tidy and there's a lot of space. The view from the upper floor's balcony is amazing, no better place to have breakfast. You can walk to the next beach and two taverns within 5 minutes, for everything else you will need a car. Have I mentioned the garden full of oranges, lemons and flowers surrounding this place? Would very much recommend staying here.

Stratos is a great host. So enthusiastic and helpful. The apartment was in perfect shape. Clean, bright and overlooking the sea. Comfy bed and good shower. Set amongst a garden of olive and citrus, we loved the peaceful atmosphere.

We had a beautiful room with an amazing sea view from the balcony. The sea is very close, especially before or after climbing you will enjoy a peacful swim/time here. The host is super friendly and very generous! Thanks again for this lovely stay!

We had the most relaxing and comfortable holiday. I recommend this accommodation to anyone that likes a quiet holiday in the nature. We absolutely loved the balcony the bed quality of our room upstairs with an amazing view to the sea. I hope we get to visit again in the future!
