“A charming homestay in León”

There are many glowing positives of Casa Cisneros which could fill a large book. However the most shining of these examples are the hosts: Katherine and Francis. Every morning we were greeted with a homely breakfast, and both Katherine and Francis made us feel quite at home. A friendly chat over some rice and beans was the perfect way to start each day. The location is outside the centre of León which was an unexpected highlight as we explored many streets tourists would typically miss. The room and amenities were all in working order and fit for any tourist.

“Homestay”

It's a typical Nica home and the hostess Francis is delightful. Very helpful with anything we needed and very kind. She also cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning. The house is very clean and lots of space to relax and enjoy.

Appreciated being able to do our laundry and thank you for bringing it in for us when it rained!! The ‘shower’ was using a bucket and water but honestly, was better than a lot of other showers I’ve had here! So not really an issue.

Perfect place to experience local life in Leon. The place is outside the center and the owner is a very friendly local woman with whom I had some good conversations. Cute dog in the garden.Thank you Franci!

“Wonderful stay in Leon”

Here, you come as a guest and feel like family! The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.
