The breakfast was basic and very expensive. There was a lack of variety. Very few fresh ingredients. No organic options.

When I got into my room I had two queen bed I was with my wife and kids one of the beds had dirty sheets I took pictures and I sent it to the staff of the hotel . All they offered was points on my account no refund or anything which is very upsetting I stay here quit a bit with my family .. I will be Lessing that with out some compensation for my stay with a dirty bed my kids has to sleep with my and my wife in one bed not what I paid 300 for !

“It was the perfect spot to be able to spend the holiday with family”
I accidentally double booked and both Booking.com and the Doubletree were very helpful and patient in resolving the issue.
