The hotel is situated in one of the most busy parts of town and the local people are friendly and welcoming. The food is DELICIOUS. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Pinupe is basically a Basque taberna with some hotel rooms upstairs. This is absolutely no problem, I did not feel disturbed by noise or smell. The staff was very nice. The hotel is well located, right in the middle of beautiful Lekeitio, the seafront with the gorgeous beaches and all the nice restaurants and shops were within short walking distance. Breakfast was not included, could be, at this price, but you could order coffee and sandwiches or cake in the taberna in the morning.
