The pillows on the bed were way too soft. Like sleeping with no pillow at all. But the Retreat itself is beautiful and so relaxing. The sound of nature all around you is so peaceful. Also very kid friendly for our next trip with our child. The interior design is really well done too.

“Stylish and quiet escape into nature”
This was such a wonderful place to spend a prolonged weekend at! The place itself is located in a tiny village among fields and between two lakes. It was so, so quiet. The hotel is desiged and furnished to make one feel incredibly comfortable and chic at the same time, I loved the furniture and colours. It actually looked better than in photos. The staff was friendly and helpful and I have had the best massage of my life in the nearby smaller house that belongs to the hotel. Also, the food served was incredibly tasty (that sourdough bread!) and the menu was put toghether really well. The breakfast was not as lavish as in some other places, but everything that was served was excellent. We will defeinitely be coming back!

“One of the best nature & Spa Hotels between Berlin & Hamburg!”
One of, if not the best, SPA Hotel between Berlin and Hamburg. Outstanding design and food. Something we have been waiting for a long time! Great Lobby and rooms. Super nice staff. We will definitely come again!
