“It was Great for the most part!”

“extremely unpleasant due to unhelpful hotel staff, and unjustified charges to my card.”
I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the hotel staff who were unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I was unable to reach Kansas City. To my dismay, the hotel still charged my card, leaving me disappointed with the level of service I received. I caution others to be careful because this situation could happen to them too. This particular hotel seems to be unconcerned with customer satisfaction and may deduct money without justification.

“Cool”
Good hot breakfast, clean room, good AC, friendly staff, coffee in room, fridge and microwave, good TV programming. Good hot water for shower.
