“If you are looking for something different, this is it”
Coby is such an excellent host! She gave me very good tips for my trip in Utrecht and around, and she made me feel very welcomed. The place is simple but very cosy. The countryside feeling is really pleasant and staying in such a different "room" makes the trip more special. I only stayed for two nights but i would like to have stayed more time to appreciate the surroundings. I strongly recommend.

Absolutely the location. Is fantastic. A number of small villages around with interesting shops and good restaurants. Great hosts!

“Wonderful and calm vacation”
The owner is very hospitable and the accommodation is pretty cosy with all appliances (shower is not ready yet, but it is available)
