First of all, on the contrary to the cottage description, it was not a "two bedroom" house, in the hut there is in reality one space with multiple beds, and no functioning doors inside, so the space is not separated by any bariers. This includes also no doors (at all) to the toilet and bathroom. The service provider instructed us not to drink water, even after boiling it, so I assume the water is not safe for people. There is no hot water, the service provider told us to warm the water up on the wood-fired stove, in the pot, that is significantly corroded and covered with rust. The wood-fired stove is the only source of heating in the hut, and the fireplace is very small, which makes it impossible to maintain the fire longer than 1 or 2 hours, so the temperature in the hut in the morning was also around 14-15 degrees, despite of the fact, that we were almost constantly inside, trying to keep the place warm. What is important is that the tempretaure outside was above freezing, which is unsual for this area in December. If the temperature was below freezing, as normaly is in this area in winter, I think the cottage would be completly inhabitable. One of window glasses was cracked. There was extreme level of humidity (80% most of the time) in the cottage, and because of that water was condensing all the time everywhere. Moreover, the house is off-grid, the electricity comes from solars only, so electricty is to be off by night (as instructed by the service provider), and even during the daytime access is limited. We were close to discharge the battery despite, I would say, moderate electricty usage. The bathroom was in a very bad condition.
