I would like to give special recognition to a wonderful member of the hotel team who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Valentina was warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. She anticipated our needs, including being so so kind to our friends who were not staying, and going home. Valentina offered excellent recommendations, and handled every request with professionalism and genuine care. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is outstanding and truly enhanced our experience. We had an incident where we had unfortunately left some valuables in the hotel room after leaving for a new destination, we had been incredibly stressed with our mistake, but Valentina not only handled everything for us, but also saved us time with our holiday. Staff like her are the reason guests return, and she is an absolute asset to the hotel and this brand. We cannot thank you enough, the hotel was just beautiful, we came from Gallipoli and we had not had the best experience, our stay at the Palazzo Leece restored our confidence, the amenities, decor, staff were outstanding. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

The property is simply stunning. In the city center of the old town of Lecce. If you are sensible to architecture and design you can only be impress by what has been done in Palazzo de Lecce .. and the roof top .. well you have to see it to understand !

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Lecce – Epoca Collection. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant decor and excellent facilities. The rooftop terrace with a small pool is a real highlight — sunny, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Our room was spacious, very clean, stylish, and well-equipped. We slept really well. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations to explore Lecce. We highly recommend this hotel, whether you’re visiting for a short stay or a longer trip. A true gem in the heart of Lecce!

“A great boutique accommodation for a short term stay - great location and a room that had all these hidden features.”
Location was great, the amenities and design/detail in the room was above expectations - especially artwork and lighting. Loved it and pleasantly surprised. Whilst we used the stairs for everyday commute, having a lift was a bonus for our luggage.
