Giacomo was a delightful host. A lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable and quiet. Very secure. Easy 3 minutes walk to Porta San Biaggio and the historic centre. Perfect.

The property was in excellent condition. The bedroom was calm and large; soap and shampoo were provided. The air conditioning (in the bedroom and in the living room) was a real asset when it's 35° outside. Also, Giacomo has always been really helpful during my stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location - a 10 mins walk from the train station and just a short walk from the historical centre and the local supermarket. The area is quiet at night so it's possible to sleep. There is a well equipped kitchen and a fridge so one can prepare home made meals instead of eating out everyday. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long visit to Lecce.

Staying here is the best choice. Very communicative place. Close to the Old Town/ and in 2 of its directions/, close to the center, only 10-15 min. walk to the station. City buses are 5-10 minutes away depending on what you need. There is a city bus with a ticket price of 1€ to the beach of Lecce. This bus stop is only a 15-20 minute normal walk away. The host Giacomo is very positive, helpful and available if help is needed. I traveled alone, for 8 days my "base" was Lecce and I was incredibly lucky to find an apartment and a host like Giacomo. For me, this vacation was very important, I had to be calm and comfortable and at the same time not be a hermit, and I got all that. Thank you Giacomo!

I travel quite a lot and to summarise, this is one of the best places I've stayed in. Newly renovated, high quality, tranquil surroundings, close to the citta vecchia and 15 minutes by foot to the train station.

“Modern comfort in an ancient city”

Well appointed apartment in a quiet area near the historic center and not far from the train station. Everything is newly renovated and modern with high ceilings and the bed is comfortable. There is a little terrace that looks out on the street and the park at the end of the street. Giacomo and Alessandra were very gracious and gave me good advice for restaurants, pasticcerie, and grocery stores in the neighborhood. Alessandra's homemade crostata was a lovely welcome gift. Recommended.

This apartment is perfect. It’s very modern, has beautiful high ceilings, is spacious, and was exceptionally clean. Also, the location was perfect for both exploring Lecce, and as a base to see other locations in Puglia. There was also a homemade tart waiting for me upon my arrival, which was a lovely touch, and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He even gave me a lift to the train station when I was departing Lecce and was very responsive throughout my entire stay.

“Comfy apartment in quiet neighborhood near the center”

Giacomo is super friendly, and despite our language barrier we still had a smooth handover of keys and explanation of the property and how to use the facilities. The rooms have very high ceilings, which I love, and keep the place cool. There's an A/C if you need it cooler. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook (except a cutting board) and the bathroom was suitable for my needs. The bed was big and firm and I had two great nights of sleep. The wifi was fast and the rooms were well lit. The neighborhood is quiet, has grocery stores nearby, and is only a 10 minute walk from the city center. For 50€ a night, it was better than hostels, which Lecce is seriously lacking.

A great apartment in a great location - on a quiet street 5 minutes from the old city. All facilities are modern, windows are big with a nice balcony. Giacomo is a great guy who is very welcoming and helpful. Recommended.
