The room was okay, the location is good and overall the value for money is acceptable. However, there was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the drain, similar to a sewer/siphon smell. At times it was so strong that it made me feel nauseous. Unfortunately, this smell was present during the entire stay and made the experience less comfortable.

Nice place, old with new style. Little far from the center, but we had always found a parking place. The bathroom need a renovation. The window is hard to open. But Its a quiet place with a Lot of cofees near and the bakery too.

“This flat needs urgent maintenance and care from the owners' side.”
The bathroom was in a terrible condition (see the photos). There is mold in the bathroom's wall and in the room's ceiling. The matress was hard, so we didn't sleep well. This flat could be great, but there is no maintenance at all from the owners' side.

Alea rooms location is great, right in the heart of the city, the breakfast is served to you in the room which adds a touch of luxury. The olive oil soap is great and their Whats-app based responses are quick and prompt.

The location was ok. if you walk about two blocks in one way, you reach the outskirts of Lecce, yet you walk two block in the opposite direction and you might be almost in the city center.
