Location

The price/quality ratio is poor. The staff is inattentive and uncaring. The reception desk didn't explain the rules upon check-in (for example, breakfast until 10:30). We were traveling with a pet, and they warned us upon check-in. We paid an extra 230 PLN. They brought the dog bowl a day later, after I made a comment at reception. So, they didn't forget to take my money, but they forgot to provide the service. The carpet is stained, there are no clear signs directing me to reception, and the hotel is large, with elevators that don't lead to the exit, making it impossible to figure out. One of the saunas is out of order, the outdoor pool is closed, and no one warns you when booking or checking in. The magnetic keys demagnetize, requiring you to run to reception to change them. Overall, my vacation was ruined.

Delicious food, every day different choices, children friendly food choices and also dishes. Comfortable rooms with enough storage space. Our kid liked the playrooms a lot. Also, the pool area was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

“2 separate buildings + + modern and nice hotel”

The breakfast and dinner self-service buffet was very good. There were enough sunbeds by the pool. This hotel is very friendly for families and dogs.

The hotel is placed in very good place, around forest, near the sea, out of city noise and crowd. Very good breakfast Swimming pools and jacuzzi are very good and the opening hours are split for family with kids and some time for adults Interesting programs with singers All day animations for kids Very good noise isolation in the rooms Bar on the hotel territory with some pizza and drinks The restaurant menu is very nice

Good conditions on room and buildings we have used . But , for now , very pretentious and overpriced face the expectations ( infrastructure and support ) on a 4* resort.

The hotel ia situated in beautiful landscape, around 10 minutes from the beach. Rooms are nice, food is wonderful. There is enough variety for vegetarians and there are few vegan options too. It is perfect for families - and there are lot of them. Also menu is suitable for kids and there are high chairs in the restaurant. Bike rental with child seat is also available. We enjoed walks in the nature and comfort of the hotel facilities.

Hot steam sauna. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice decor. Perlage water. Good aircon/heating. Pleaseant liquid soap provided in bathroom. Nice gym/fitness room.
