“Great Location - Mediocre and Worn Hotel”
The only thing really going for it is the proximity to Pelee National Park and thankfully, at least the sheets were clean.

The airconditioning did not work, was even not plugged so they should have known about it. My visit before this one, there was a lot of mold in my room; every time there is something wrong...

I like that you are pet friendly. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Love the fun zone, and the fact that there are tvs in the lobby playing something at all times, makes the environment feel more homey and friendly

Everything was great. The pool, coffee/tea/water station. Room was great and easy access to elevator and stairs and luggage trolley. Great location to Point Pelee National Park and also to town.

The staff were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Responded to a small repair request promptly and got me hot (tea) water each evening. Comfortable beds. Great location for the national park.
