“Clean and Safe Apartment with Parking lot”

Area is safe and secure .There are cafes and restaurants in 5 mins walk. Parking lot is very easy to use. Enough space for family size of 4 .Owner is very kind and helpful

I’d give a 10/10 to this property, but unfortunately the neighbours are miserable that’s why I’m only giving a 8/10. Host is exceptional, location amazing, the size of the flat is fantastic. But neighbours, gosh, they are mad. If you’re a family with kids I don’t recommend this place, as the neighbours knock into the walls when we had a laugh. They even knocked the walls when we were getting ready to leave the flat

The apartment has great character and room to move. Bed was comfortable, washing machine really handy, large kitchen.

I stayed here with my family. The apartment is cozy, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's underground parking underneath the building. There's a metro stop nearby. The owner was always available for any questions regarding check-in. I highly recommend it; it's a good value for the money.

The owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive! Nice, sunny appartment. Clean and comfortable, though bathroom and kitchen needs a little update, but it was a very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Well located, clean, a few minutes walking from the line 11 that goes straight to the center. Nice and safe zone. Private parking. Supermarket nearby. Host that really take cares of the clients . We had a problem while checking in and he offered for a partial reimbursement

David was exceptional! He provided all the information needed with detailed directions and pictures. His apartment was clean and had plenty of toiletries. The train station was a short 10-minute walk. The internet is quick. There is a washing machine with detergent in the bathroom and a rack in the closet to dry your clothes. Both covered and uncovered parking is gated. We used the covered parking with no problems. Do not let the building or the area concern you. We were out very late and never felt any danger. If the place is available for you to reserve, take it! I highly doubt you will find anything in the vicinity for better value! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, David!

The place was quite easy to find for our first time in Paris. The host gave us clear and easy to follow directions. It is a clean apartment that just feels comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Paris. The rooms are cosy. The plants make the place feel homely. And the view of Paris outside is breathtaking. Especially at night.

The accommodation is very cosy and it felt like home. Very nice design and it’s clean. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 3 nights stay. Getting to the center was easy with the metro which is in distance of about 10 minutes walk. This is a great place to stay in Paris with family. Great communication with the host! David gave us excellent instructions how to get the keys and was very responsive.
