Perfect location: shops, coffee-patisserie for everyday breakfest is just 10 steps. There is a good general store (we say: chinese) with everything you could need. Flat has big terrace. Very good equipment in the flat. 2 air cond in 2 rooms. Parking is possible and free in the street in front of the flat. There is a bar in the street which is open until late night with good kitchen (samosa,...).
