A cosy beautiful chalet. Room was in decent size. Quite atmosphere, only 20 mins drive to La Clusaz ski resort. Staff is friendly and helpful.

“Beautiful chalet with perfect facilities including good breakfast”
Beautifully decorated chalet that feels like home as soon as you step into it. All the facilities are there, sauna, jacuzzi, nice rooms to rest or watch a movie. Very good breakfast.

“No sign outside chalet No instruction on how to get key manager offish refunded money”
When we arrived the chalet looked closed with no sign of life. There was no sign on the chalet or name just the small number on the post box. We had revived no instruction as to how to get the key. The Manager eventually turned up after an hours wait and was offish saying he had e mailed the instruction how to get the key a few hours earlier. I don’t read my e mails whilst driving 600 kms why didn’t he what’s app me when he had my phone number to confirm or send me an e mail a day earlier ? After a heated discussion on how to treat guests we were prepared to stay but the manager said he would prefer us to leave so we did and drove to Chamonix and found a much better place for less money. This chalet is in a dead end valley and the manager needs to be more courteous to his guests. Booking.com were fantastic in sorting out the situation and a full refund. Thank you booking.com

Very nicely decorated. Quiet room. Some shared spa facilities that I did not use, but all were available. Even the ‘no view’ room had a mountain view. The breakfast was very good.

“A very cosy and stylish chalet”
The house is decorated with style, there is everything needed for a comfortable stay (from jacuzzi to PlayStation) :) It is possible to use the common kitchen which is quite handy. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. The breakfast is of high quality.
