Overview
Located 100 metres from the beach, this hotel offers en suite rooms, a rooftop terrace with tables and chairs, and a snack-bar featuring a billiard table and night entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout. The air-conditioned rooms are accessed by a private entrance and have an LCD TV and a balcony opening onto the market place or the city. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are included in the private bathroom. Rooms are located on the 1st floor and can only be accessed by stairs. A continental breakfast is provided every morning and can be served on the roof terrace or balcony. Various traditional and regional meals are available at the restaurant. At the bar guests can watch sport matches on the wide-screen TV as well as enjoy the karaoke and the themed nights organised by the staff. The Canal du Midi and L’Archipel Spa Resort are a 10-minute drive from Hotel Restaurant L'Escale and Cap d’Agde International Golf Course is 6 km away. “Functional for a stop over - nice resort.”
Rooms are clean and tidy and have good air conditioning. Location is very good and only a short walk to the beach and promenade. Good spot for a short stop over - not a hotel for a long term stay as it is really rooms above a restaurant with no wider facilities for a longer stay such as a pool etc. Grau Adge is a lovely little resort and has a very safe beach and bay - great for young children.

“A delightful, small ,clean and well run establishment”
The hotel is in a wonderful location, just off the front on a town square which has a market in the mornings. It has a very good cafe / restaurant. The large communal terrace is handy for drying beach stuff and sitting away from it all. Very good air conditioning, new patio doors, and a super electronic shutter system made for an excellent nights sleep.

The hotel is in a small square with a couple of shops. Very close to the beach. The staff were all very friendly.

“Absolutely great value”
Lovely location. A lovely terrace to dry beach towels. The cafe downstairs was great for coffee and we had some lovely dinners there too. We had clean sheets and towels everyday.

“Very relaxing, super location.”
Apart from the need to park away from the square that the hotel is on after unloading our bags, because of the morning market, the location of l'Escale is great - had a room with a view of the square and of the sea at the end of the road. I received instructions by text in good time and appreciated the keyless checkin process. The room was a nice size, with a very comfortable bed, very clean and it had a small balcony.

Great location right in the middle of all the action of the town Square, markets, music and festivals. Bedroom was very clean and refreshed every day to a high standard. Bar/restaurant was lovely and served good food and the hosts were friendly and very welcoming. Air con in bedroom was great
