The hotel has a very tasteful interior decoration with lots of wood. The breakfast was good and the beds very comfortable.

General decor of hotel very nice as was spa area,jacousi outdoor pool and sun terrace. Good breakfast plenty of choice both hot and cold food. Excellent location free parking spaces.

“Lovely hotel close to skiing facilities”

Lovely hotel very close to the gondola in Le Grand Bornand. We had two duplex rooms. Staff were very pleasant and happy to put up with our schoolboy French! The breakfast buffet was really excellent - real French pastries (not shop bought) and who would have thought that breakfast apple crumble was a thing in the Haute Savoie. The Intersport ski hire shop (Parking Du Télécabine branch) is very close and the staff there very helpful. The ski lockers were also very convent albeit outside so a bit chilly - we took our boots to our rooms.

The hotel is lovely close to slope main gondolas and you can walk into the main village. Lovely views from balcony. Spa area is great for after skiing and there's a booking system (15 min slots) for the jacuzzi so everyone can use it. Rooms are lovely and staff really helpful e.g. when you arrive they try and keep a parking space out the front of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing - lovely cakes (especially crumble), cold meats/cheese, cooked breakfast.

Great attention to details. A parking spot was reserved, even if we arrived a bit late. The breakfast is just amazing. Mostly homemade and local products.

The spa was lovely, it was perfect location to rent skis and catch the ski lift up the mountain. It was a quaint little hotel . I would go back !!

A lovely place to stay a few days to discover the area - what a lovely hotel and very kind staff who had good recommendations of various activities and local restaurants for myself and the children. Very nice breakfast as well. Really enjoyed the restful swimming pool and jacuzzi too. Thank you to the team for their warm welcome.
