Overview
Set on a beautiful 20 hectares of land between Paris and Fontainebleau, this Mercure is the perfect place for work or leisure. The Mercure Parc du Coudray - Barbizon has 127 rooms, 4 of which have been adapted for people with disabilities. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with clean, private bathrooms, WiFi internet access and flat screen satellite TV. The property also has dormitory rooms. The hotel's restaurant features French cuisine with local and seasonal products. It offers children’s meals and service by the swimming pool. The hotel bar serves a variety of drinks and cocktails and is open until midnight. “Good stay with many activities”
Great location and good hotel. The interiors are pretty and decorated very thoughtfully. There are farm animals there and other activities. They have many amenities like Golf practice range, tennis and basketball court, badminton court and indoor activities like foosball and pool table along with board games and many other games for children. They even have a small fire pit that they lit at night and guests could enjoy marshmallows there. The outdoors are relaxing and a really nice pool. The bar has a good variety of drinks.

“Lovely hotel good location .”
Nice hotel very nice public areas , room was pleasant and well furnished. We didn’t use them but lots of activities available front desk staff were very nice and bi lingual ( maybe spoke additional languages as well ) . Good location , plenty of parking of road.

“If you have the choice — don’t go there. This was by far the worst value for money.”

“Perfect stay! We will be back”
The location and facilities were incredible. We stayed for one night on our travel across France & this stay was a lovely option. The room was so comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The room was clean and beds were so nice! There was live entertainment the night we were there and the hotel felt really festive. We didn’t have time to explore or use the facilities but would love to have been able to do this!

“Great facilities”
Amazing selection of games and activities for children and adults! Inside there were things like a pool table, table football etc and outside there were garden games, some chickens and two gorgeous piglets. Room was a great size for a family. Great decor in the main lobby area.

“Unprofessional staff”
We booked the hotel as we came for a wedding which was close by. Upon arrival only one of the two rooms was ready and we were told that we would receive the second room soon..Although the official time for receiving the room was 15:00 we only got the second room around 16:20.. when our event was about to start. If it would have been half an hour later after 15:00 it would have been ok..the entire purpose of choosing this hotel was because it was convenient being close to the wedding location. Receiving the room that late without doing any additional effort is simply not acceptable…in addition to that on the way back from the event we forgot the key for the second room. The receptionist gave a second key for a room which was already in use..Considering the price and the location the hotel was rather on the expensive side and when it comes to handling the above mentioned matters it is simply unprofessional and disappointing.
